What is Virgin hair? Our virgin hair is high quality 100% human hair, and comes in natural black and is hair that has been specially hand selected and sourced from the country of origin, chemical free and unprocessed. |

How long does the hair last? Due to the premium quality of our Virgin human hair, It can last 3+ years when looked after amazingly. Treat the hair like you would your own when in use, with regular washes, deep conditioning and not overloading on products. Can I straighten curly/wavy hair? Yes our hair can be straightened and curled and returns to near-to natural state when contacted with water. How do I return/exchange hair? Returns and exchanges are assessed per situation. Full information is available in our Returns Policy only. Can I dye the hair? Yes the hair can be both bleached and/or dyed to a variety of colours. We advise that this is performed by a qualified hair technician. How many bundles do I need? This is highly dependent on the look you are going for. For hair 18" and under we recommend 3 bundles, for longer lengths, 4 bundles gives the best look. How can I make the most of the hair? Washing and conditioning every 1-2 weeks, using heat protector before applying heat, applying a tiny amount of serum occasionally (do not overload!) We advise that this is performed by a qualified hair technician. |
