How do you deliver the lace wigs and bundles and how long will it take to receive once I place an order?

House of Ana´is delivers all lace wigs and bundles by FEDEX, DHL and USPS. 

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order shipped.

 

Here is the time frame for when you can receive your order:

UK: 6-9 working days

USA/International:

Standard Delivery is 9-13 working days


Are there any additional shipping charges?

Whilst we work very hard to minimise the cost of shipping for our customers we are unable to avoid any customs charges that your country may enforce on collection or delivery of your package

 

How much will customs charge be?

This will vary depending on your country, and item quantity.


When do I receive my tracking details?

Every customer receives their tracking details and order fulfilment at any time during the delivery period above

 

What should I do on a rare occasion that my hair doesn't arrive in that time period?

Orders are sent via a guaranteed special delivery Royal Mail service, on rare occasions, they have delays. If this is the case, email houseofanais17@gmail.com immediately quoting your order reference.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error with your shipping address, please contact us at houseofanais17@gmail.com before order shipment. If your order has already been processed or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package is returned to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address, and you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees)

Duty Disclaimer:

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise you as to how much these fees might be, we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
